After you place your order, we will contact you and arrange the easiest way for you to send your photos, short video clips, wording, music choices and notes.

This may be by Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, email or another suitable file transfer method. If your files are too large for email, that is not usually a problem.

Large files are common, especially when sending video clips or large folders of photographs.

We can arrange a suitable upload or transfer method after you order. Please do not worry if the files are too large to send by normal email.

If you only have printed photos, you may be able to scan them or photograph them clearly using a phone.

For best results, printed photos should be photographed in good light, kept flat, and captured as clearly as possible. If you are unsure, we can advise you before you send them.

No. If you already have the photos in a clear order, that can help, but it is not essential.

You can also send notes explaining which photos are most important, which people appear in them, or whether certain moments should appear near the beginning or end of the video.

The number of photos or video clips depends on the video style you choose.

Each product page explains the approximate finished video length and the number of photos or clips the style is designed for. If you have more or fewer images than the listed amount, please contact us and we can advise what will work best.

Yes, short video clips can usually be included where suitable.

Shorter clips normally work better than long recordings, especially when the finished video is designed to flow with music. If you have longer video clips, we can usually select suitable sections from them.

Yes. You can let us know your preferred song, music style or general mood when sending your material.

If a particular song matters to the occasion, please tell us the exact title and artist. If anything needs clarifying, we will contact you before editing.

Yes. Names, dates, school years, class names, event titles, short messages and other wording can be added where suitable.

You can send this information after ordering, along with any notes explaining how you would like the video to feel.

Yes. If something needs an adjustment after you see the first version, let us know and we will make the change.

The timescale depends on the style chosen, the number of photos or video clips, and how quickly we receive everything needed from you.

In general, we aim to create the finished video within around 2 working days once we have received all required photos, clips, wording and music details. If you have a deadline, please tell us before ordering.

We will be honest about what is possible. If we can meet the timescale, we will let you know. If the deadline is too tight for the amount of material involved, we may suggest a shorter or simpler version.

Yes. The finished video is supplied as a digital file, so you can save it and share it with family, friends, pupils, parents, guests or other members of the group.

For school or group videos, please make sure you have permission to share any photos or clips that include other people’s children or private images.

No. Everlasting Memories is not an automated template service where you are left to do everything yourself.

The video styles give the finished video a clear look and structure, but your video is personally created using your own photos, video clips, wording, music and memories.
